History:

Kride 'Roshi' Tuomi started his adventures in electronic music in early 90's making hard-trance and techno. What begun as a hobby was soon forgotten only to be found again in 96 as a serious obsession at an obscure afterparty when he and Robin 'Belmont' Grotenfelt sat down and started messing around with Fastracker.

The tunes were liked among their friends and enemies and electronics steadily piled up in Belmont's home studio. They released three ep's and an album plus a few songs on various compilations as KOE, ranging from jazzy downtempo grooves to dark rolling drum and bass.

Those days more and more people in the Stealth Unit crew started to be involved in making beats and varying collaborations between Belmont, Mute, Marvin and Roshi were gathered under one name; Stealth Unit Sound Collective - or S.U.S.C. - a modern dance orchestra known for their full-on breakbeat-mayhem live sets.

Due to difficulties in mobilizing a big band like S.U.S.C. and it's lazy and busy bastards, Sound Collective has since evolved to an organisation rather than a band, consisting of Roshi & The Junk Men, HetiKohta and a few other projects. All their work still sharing a big love for fat broken rhythms and roof-tearing deep basses.
